Power of a Rose
66A gorgeous Rose
Force that opens a Rose
You are the same force that opens a Rose, is that not something powerful to process, we have that magic available to us. In other words we can fulfill all our dreams, if we just tap into that magic of the creator.
If you see the rosebud, lotus flowers, the magical powers of both flowers in a lot of religions and spiritual books. The lotus seems to open with the sun, the rose starting with the rosebud and by nature opening into the beautiful flower with aromatic smells.

Meditation on the Center of the Rose
I started doing the meditation on the center of the rose like Robin Sharma talks about in his wonderful book with lessons for all in “the Monk who sold his Ferrari”. It is a magical book with so much to learn from it. You focus on the rose when your attention wanders you bring it back to the rose. It also seems to open your heart chakra or it almost feels like it, as you gaze in the center of the rose something connects to the same power or force that is within all of us. Another thing I seen the one stem had a little shoot on it my Dad said oh no you can’t grow a rose bush from a stem, lo and behold that is exactly what we have now one with two little rosebuds on. So the lesson is that anything is really possible if you just tap into that force that opens the rose that is within all of us.
I love that idea about the same force that opens a rose is within all of us, I have been listening to “Whispers of Spirit and Happiness” written by Deepak Chopra and Don Miguel Ruiz, it is on these two cds.
Quite amusing one of the guys I worked with on cruise ships always called me rosebud, now when I think back it was quite flattering. I had not processed that magical inner power of my true nature yet. So quite apt really I feel now that I have remembered some of my power that is within me, the force that opens a rose.

Ideas on the Rose as a forceLoading...
Rose is a beautiful flower. However, I have never meditated on the center of a rose. Instead I meditate on the center of lotus.
Roses in my garden, led to roses in my home. I love your comments on the same life force that animates a rose animates us. Life is life. Sad that some who would not bash a rose, can find it in themselves to do much worse to men, women, and children. It is past time we rose up.

A lovely hub roc6 and I will certainly check out the book by Robin Sharma.
When you were called a 'rosebud' it was quite a compliment!
